(More customer reviews)I ordered this phone which was advertised as new. I received an obviously not new phone in a non-Samsung box with a misspelled word on the box. The phone, battery (not a Samsung battery) and cord were each loose and rattling around in the box. The phone box was loose in a larger box with no shipping cushioning at all. I returned it and did get my money back.
Needless to say, I do not recommend the OEM Shop and feel that Amazon should remove them as a supplier.
