She has neuropathy in her hands, and thus, had a difficult time with the buttons, flip functions, etc, of a traditional cell phone - even those that were manufactured for the "senior" population. What a wonderful surprise! The phone is sleek, easy to use, and has fabulous details for emergency preparedness.
The S.O.S button is unlike any other phone I have seen on the market. It's "one-touch" functionality allows the user to alert pre-determined family and friends in the event of an emergency; even allowing for 911 contact if no other numbers can be reached.
The snapfon's design is one that allows the customer to easlily hold the phones and push the buttons even if only one hand is available. Speakerphone option is clear and has the perfect sensitivity.
We are so pleased with our Snapfon purchase. They have truly reached a unique market segment with this phone that has been previously ignored or brushed over with little attention to the details. Way to go, Snapfon for making us feel that our grandmother is safe and secure with this unique piece of technoloy!
