(More customer reviews)Phone came as in brand new condition. Inserted my SIM card and phone is working great. Tried a couple of pictures & they turned out ok for a camera phone. The joystick takes awhile to get used to. Ringtone volume too low & is in highest setting. Other than that very nice & stylish phone.
