Unfortunately some people think that they can get the same as the IPAD for less money. These are cute. Internet is slow depending on connection speed of WIFI. Looks like a big iphone. it take s little getting used to but my kids love them for music on the bus and for reading. kindle ap dowloads great. we originally bought 1.6 units and some had 128mb RAM and this made a huge difference going to 256MB We are pleased for the money and BCHRR is customer service oriented and veteran owned. The owner will find anything you ask for and order it special even. great customer service.
