(More customer reviews)To start, let me clarify that when it comes to cell phones, I am not a fan of anything fancy. Smartphones, touch screens, applications, and the like are NOT for me. All I want in a cell phone is the ability to make & receive calls and text messages, keep the time, and occasionally use as an alarm. If you are the same, then this might be a good choice for you.
I've had this phone for a year and a half now. Here are pros and cons based on my experience with my particular phone:
PROS
-Inexpensive.
-Small, sleek, and lightweight. Easily fits in my pants pocket.
-Simple to navigate and text message with.
-Clear reception (using T-Mobile).
-Display is clear & crisp, easy to read.
-Durable. Has been dropped many times, suffered no damage as of yet.
-Long battery life. Others have had problems with this, but I do not need to charge mine more than once a week! This, of course, depends greatly on how much you use the phone.
CONS
-The alarm will go off at a random time after being set, IF you have the time set to update automatically. I've read that other people have had the same problem with this phone. However, I have no problems with the alarm as long as I do NOT have the time set to update automatically. Weird.
-Silent/vibrate mode is still pretty loud. The vibration itself seems to have a low, electronic humming sound to it.
That's about all I can think of. Overall, I am pleased with the phone. It's not my favorite basic phone, but it gets the job done with only a couple of weak points for me.
