(More customer reviews)The reason why I rate this item 3 stars is because I bought to Amazon (not from another seller)a cell for EDGE netwoks, but they send me one for CDMA networks, that means I can`t use internet with my cell operator because they use EDGE netwoks. I spoke with the Amazon call center, as always they are very helpful, and I exposed this problem, they agree to change the item, but the big inconvenient is that I live outside USA,in Ecuador, and to return the item to Amazon and again bring back will cost almost 50% of the cell price. Then,what I had to do was to change from cell operator, to another that use CDMA netwoks.
The cell itself works very good (with CDMA operator) it`s refurbished but looks brand new, not scratches at all. No complaints about the cell, my complaint is against the people that select the item to send the buyer.
