(More customer reviews)Actually I got this phone for a wedding anniversary gift for one of my friend for her husband... even though her husband was delighted to see the BB pearl phone package.. it all vanished once he opened the box.. the phone was full of scratches and looked like a used phone even though the seller claimed to be a new phone that was never opened.
I am working with Amazon.com to see how I can get this phone replaced..
Its a lesson for me not to buy if it is not from amazon..
