(More customer reviews)I've had this phone for the better part of a year. My last model was an LG and it stood up to being dropped, thrown, and wet, so I stayed loyal to the brand and I'm glad I did.
This one has been dropped multiple times on a variety of surfaces. It's nicked and scratched a bit, but it still works perfectly. The speaker is great, the phone is easy to use, it's small enough to fit in a woman's pocket but not ridiculously small, the screen is bright and easy to see, and I just love it. It charges quickly and holds a charge forever--like 4 days if you use it lightly (ie keep it on, but only make a few calls/texts).
Also, my entire family has Verizon Wireless and there are times when we'll all be in the same place and I'll be the only one with reception. [This doesn't happen often, as we get reception pretty much everywhere.] My dad has the Chocolate, my mom has the RAZR, and my brother has the Envy--all newer, more expensive phones, but this one seems to outperform them. I'll be keeping this thing until it doesn't work at all. =)
