(More customer reviews)i recieved this item an it seemed like a very good phone. was in mint condition appearance wise, but had several issues, that seemed to be related to possible wiring issues. it really wasn't comfortable to hold either, the qwert keyboard, was at times unresponsive as well. the back doesn't stay in place, so it was really just a nice looking phone. I don't know if the wiring issues applied to all, but for the rest of the problems it wasn't worth it. i have sent the phone back for a refund based on performance.
