(More customer reviews)I only gave this 1 star because I had to rate it, otherwise it deserves none. This phone and all the others like it, regardless of color (we have had 2 different) are complete junk! With less than a year's worth of usage, typical usage, the keypad was cracked and peeling, the outer edges were breaking and the batteries died. The salespeople in every t-mobile store would do nothing for us either so we have been stuck with this junk; and our only way out is to extend our contract or pay full price for another phone. Don't waste your money!
