(More customer reviews)It's poorly made and usability is awful. Accomplishing anything takes far more button presses than my old Samsung. Audio quality is terrible no matter how good the signal is, and now it's started shutting itself down randomly for no reason. I've only been using it for about a month. No one should ever buy this phone.
