(More customer reviews)This phone is beautiful, light weight, small, and loaded with features! It is actaully quite nice and incredible. So, instead of talking about what it has (that's all listed above anyway), I will talk about what it doesn't have.
We have this phone unlocked for Cingular service. I am testing it for our corporate environment hoping to replace our current PDA's with it (Blackberry, as well as competing windows mobile devices).
First problem I ran into....it is tri-band, which is typically good, except in this case. It has two bands from the UK, and one from the states. Since typical US devices (tri-band devices) will have the two US bands, and one UK band, we dont get the coverage we would normally get with a US device. So, this is a big reason why I can't use this phone. My current Cingular phone has much better service coverage.
The second reason is corporate email. We cannot download the Global Address List to this phone, so our users would have to type out the address every time, or add every single user to their contacts, defeating the purpose of a global address list.
The third reason for this is lack of customizable features for email settings. You dont have too much you can change with email notifications, calendar layout, and a few other things.SO, overall, this phone/PDA is wonderful! If you are looking for a REALLY nice phone (that is super small and packed with features!), with MSN messenger access and access to your personal email account, this is probably a great choice for you. If you are currently used to Sprint service, this uses the same band, so you will have similiar coverage.
This is an excellent phone with email functionality, not an excellent email device with phone functionality (which is what I needed).

What's more, the phone's software is designed to sync seamlessly with email, contacts and calendar information on your PC. The i320N also offers great mobile music and video options, thanks to Windows Media Player.

A microSD/TransFlash memory card for expanding the i320N's 120 MB of built in memory is located under the battery. Connectivity is provided by USB, infrared, and Bluetooth. You'll also find stereo speakers, a speakerphone, and a 1.3-megapixel camera with video capture capability, which is housed on the rear of the device.
Calling Features The i320N has all the latest calling features folks have come to expect from a high-end handset. The built-in speakerphone makes it easy to talk without having the phone to your ear. Speaker independent voice activated dialing makes calling your friends, family and associates as easy as saying their names, while the phone's Bluetooth connectivity means that your favorite Bluetooth headset is fully compatible. A ringer and picture ID system makes it easy to identify your most common callers.
Messaging, Internet, and Tools The i320N is designed as a complete solution for people who want to bring their office with them. The unit comes packed with mobile versions of Outlook, Internet Explorer and MSN Messenger. Outlook Mobile features integrated calendar and email functions, as well as a contacts list that is cleverly integrated with the phone's dialing functions. Robust SMS and MMS functionality is built into the Windows Mobile interface, too.
Microsoft's ActiveSync software keeps the device synced with all of your PC's Outlook information (via Bluetooth, USB, or IR connection). Users who want high-speed EDGE data connectivity on the road with their laptop or PDA can select a carrier data service and tap the SDA's wireless modem capabilities.
A number of handy software tools are bundled with the i320N, including a voice memo recorder, a calculator, a to-do list, and an alarm clock. T9 predictive text entry technology is also included.
Imaging and Entertainment In addition to the 1.3-megapixel still camera, the i320N is capable of recording video clips to its built-in memory, or to the memory expansion card. The inclusion of Windows Media Player on the i320N opens up a whole range of possibilities for this phone. Use it as a digital music player, or sync the device with Windows Media Player on your PC to download last night's TV shows so you can watch them whenever you want. Or watch streaming content from the Web. For gamers, the phone supports Java-based and Windows Mobile game downloads.
