(More customer reviews)The phone looked authentic but that was about it. It was definately sourced from the gray market. The box was cheaply made and the instructions were photocopied. I could'nt use the cd because it was in some Asian language. I bought this phone for my daugther as a birthday gift and it did'nt even work for 5 hours. Very disappointing. A waste of time and money, and I had to pay to have it shipped back. I recommend researching the seller before you buy.
